How do I sign up for the EZ Unlimited Wash Club?

You can sign up in person at the pay station, at the office where one of our staff members can assist you, or online once you’ve registered to our payment portal. Learn How to Register.

Is my membership plan valid at any EZ Express Car Washes?

Yes! The EZ Unlimited Wash Club membership gives you access to all EZ Express Car Wash locations nationwide.

What happens if I get a new car or license plate?

EZ! Just stop by the office at any of our locations and one of our representatives will help you transfer your plan to your new car or license plate.

Can I use the membership plan on more than one car?

Unfortunately, no. Each plan is specific to one vehicle. However, you can sign up for the Family Plan and add another car. For each vehicle you add, an automatic discount will be applied to your monthly billing. The more cars on your account, the bigger the savings.

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel for any reason simply stop by one of our locations and an attendant will help you cancel your plan.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date. To avoid an unwanted charge, cancel your EZ Unlimited Wash Club account at least seven days before the end of your current billing cycle.

What if I change my mind after I cancel my plan?

You will need to stop by your nearest EZ Express Car Wash location to reactivate your plan.
